2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Onepage. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access. This is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).

3. Sending a mix

When you use the "Send a mix" form, I process your name, your email address, the audio file you upload and your optional message.

I use this data only to process your mix, to contact you about it and to send you the result (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to and performance of a contract).

The data is stored in the form system of the website provider. I delete your audio file and your details once the job is finished, unless statutory retention periods (for example for invoices) require longer storage.

4. Email contact

If you contact me by email, I process your message and contact details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose.

5. Cookies and tracking

6. Passing on data

I do not sell your data and only pass it on where this is required to provide the service (for example to the hosting provider) or where I am legally obliged to do so.
